Sip margaritas while digging your toes in the sound and watching the turtles pop up their heads above the beautiful turquoise water. Enjoy beautiful star-gazing at night.

From our airy and spacious condo at La Bahia you can walk barefoot to two restaurants/beach bars, relax and read under the palms or palapas with 180-degree vews of the sea, or snorkel in the bay, only yards from your patio, where sea turtles and tropical fish abound. The sandy beach is never crowded.

This 2-bedroom/2-bath unit of 820 square feet includes new appliances, new floor tile and sofa fabrics, as well as new air conditioning and ceiling fans. The open floor plan includes large windows on three sides of the living room, one large window in the dining area, and is decorated with live tropical plants and Mexican artifacts. The Caribbean Sea can be viewed from all rooms.

The master bedroom (king-sized bed) and guest room (two twins) both have ample closet space and ensuite bathrooms. Daily maid service is available, and beach towels are provided. There is no TV or telephone to ensure maximum serenity, but wireless Internet service and some cell phone services are available in the condo. Phone and Internet services are also available in Akumal.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, bottled drinking water, and a large assortment of pots and pans, dishes, glasses, and various cooking utensils.

Villa Delfin of Las Villas Mar y Sol is one of these unique homes on the islands. Originally designed by Architect/Engineered by Joaquin Morales in 1986. Over the years, other homes have popped up along the shoreline of Cozumel, but nothing that compares to these.
Villas Mar y Sol are six, three story townhouses, built within a walled gate, and the natural beach shoreline. There is one single gate entrance offering additional security and privacy.
Villa Delfin comfortably sleeps up to ten guests, with its four bedrooms. There are three and a half bathrooms for guests. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are on the first floor, with a half-bath off the entrance hall. Stairs lead from the entrance hall to the second floor. El Delfin has three bedrooms and two baths on the second floor and a fourth bedroom and bath on the third floor. The third second-floor bedroom has two a king size bed and trundle day bed. The third-floor bedroom has twin beds and a bath.
Furnished with a unique combination of mostly Mexican Colonial furnishings, the Villa Delfin has art and prints throughout, accentuating the tropical feeling of island living. Newly built in May 2006, this is a second floor condo in a complex of 7 units (very private with no high-rises) with a great view. Enjoy the rooftop party area for an even more spectacular view.

We will assist you in arranging activities for your stay including deep sea fishing, snorkeling, and diving trips with boat pickup at your condominium. In addition, we can also arrange for a private cook for an additional cost.

The south side the island is much preferred due to the close proximity of the coral reefs and popular beach clubs. Located just south of town, you are only a ten-minute drive to the shops, restaurants, and activities of San Miguel.

Centrally located in the quaint little fishing village of Puerto Morelos, our retreat provides spectacular ocean views from first and second floor living areas.

This is a private house divided into 3 apartments with an additional pool casita and extra tower bedroom - not part of a condo complex. No need to hire a car you can walk everywhere by the street or along the white sand beach.

The apartments are comfortably equipped with air-conditioning in most rooms and ceiling fans. Lots of windows providing outstanding views of the ocean assure excellent airflow through the house. You can walk right onto the beach.

Our airy and comfortable ground floor apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms. The living room offers a comfortable double futon for additional sleeping space, full kitchen and dining room opening on the pool and ocean side terrace. (No current photos as it is being renovated available for rent in August)

The spacious one bedroom beachfront second floor apartment includes a separate bedroom, full kitchen,
bathroom and a terrace overlooking the ocean. Take advantage of the tropical breeze, sway in a Mexican hammock and relax on the shady patio with breathtaking views.

Complete in August 2007 is the Pool casita - absolute beachfront self contained unit with own kitchen and bathroom . Also completed in August will be the Tower Bedroom and extra bedroom with own bathroom and stunning ocean views.

You can cater yourself or there is a chef available. We can also arrange airport transfers for you and a private driver if needed for excursions to Playa del Carmen or Tulum or Cancun. Snorkelling ,diving and cenote excursions can also be arranged. Private spa can come to the house
or visit the Mayan jungle spa.

The apartments can be rented separately or together for family and friend's reunions.
